What are the fundamentals of family coaching?:
Inner Resources stewards the harmony and efficiency of individuals, families and leaders. Using a systemic approach to coaching, Inner Resources takes into account group dynamics when addressing individual concerns, and considers individual concerns when addressing group dynamics. Equal respect is given to the system as a whole as well as each of its members, weather in home-life or in the work-place. Three Core Practices: Inner Resources believes in three systemic fundamentals to gaining harmony and efficiency. The awareness of these three systemic fundamentals is important for the reestablishment of harmony and efficiency; these are self-differentiation, task behaviors & emotional behaviors, and learning. Inner Resources primarily emphasizes the value and importance of these three fundamentals by treating them as a core practice when coaching clients.
