Your Clarity Coaching experience will begin with an in-depth interview in which Bonnie asks insightful questions allowing clients to talk about and more fully discover what they are passionate about, what enlivens them. Using the clues in your physiology to detect what "lights you up" your coach helps you use your own internal GPS to create a life you love. From this work in a fun, participatory, and safe environment, you identify specific actions to take and create a map of your personal vision. During follow-up sessions you and your coach will utilize a variety of simple, effective tools to sustain your vitality and move you forward on your vision.
Following your sessions with Bonnie, you will:
