Settling into Dana's studio, you enjoy a cup of tea or glass of water while explaining the issues you have come to address. Receptive and compassionate, Dana invites you to relax on her padded massage table in any state of undress you find comfortable. Depending on your unique needs, Dana may perform a short healing ceremony before beginning your bodywork session, which typically combines a 1 to 2 hour massage with Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy - a powerful and well-rounded treatment that allows you to receive maximum physical benefits while minimizing discomfort. If you wish, Dana will give an "untimed" massage lasting between 2- 3 hours, or until the tension in your muscles and soft tissue is completely relieved. If appropriate, Dana may incorporate energy-based modalities such as 22-Strand DNA Activation, Energy Balancing, and Emotional Cord Cutting to further promote healing. At the end of your personalized session, you feel wholly rejuvenated in body, mind, and spirit.
